Tim Amos 

My name is Tim Amos and I am a potter who lives in Reidsville, North Carolina. I have been working with clay since  the 1970's either as a student, teaching or working in my studio. I form both functional and non functional pieces using the potters wheel or using hand building techniques such as the pinch, slab and coil methods. I use stoneware cone 6 clay bodies as well as cone 6 glazes. I also work with low fire earthenware clay for flower pots and pieces that do not require the higher temperatures.
